A Reminder to Save...
Please save the following items that help raise money for our ministry to young people:
- General Mills Box Tops for Education
- Campbell's Soup labels
- Aluminum cans
- Eye glasses and cases for Africa
- Kemp's and Land O' Lakes milk tops
- Empty printer cartridges
Stop by the church office and check out the new shredder that we ordered using points from Campbell's Soup labels. With the closing of Crosswalk Preschool we are no longer eligible to participate in these above mentioned programs. But don't stop saving the labels, milk caps & box tops -- we will be giving them to Pilgrim Lutheran School. Monies from the aluminum cans go to Living Faith Sunday School for outreach and community service.
All items can be brought to the church office and placed in the plastic containers on the counter.
Also please save cancelled postage stamps for the Veterans Hospital.
Funeral Committee
The St. John's Funeral Committee is looking for volunteers to help serve on their committee. Please contact Lana Schmidt for more information or to volunteer.
